Meet Our Leadership Team

The members of our Leadership Team are responsible for the vision and direction and management of the local Church at a strategic level. They meet regularly and consistently to pray and seek direction from the Lord.  Each member is personally involved in various areas of the church as their gifts dictate, and this diversity has blessed New Life with a balanced and humble team of leaders. This team regularly consults and communicates with the members of our Pastoral Care Team and our Business and Finance Team.

Jon & Stacy Hazeltine

JON HAZELTINE

Senior Leader

Jon has served at New life since 2002. He first served as a worship leader, and then the youth pastor, and then the Senior Associate Pastor until 2014 when he accepted the responsibility of leading the church. Jon is a visionary and strategic thinker and the primary driver behind the direction of the church. Jon is eternally grateful for the rest of this team which keeps him grounded and moving forward. 


STACY HAZELTINE

Director of Missions, Church Leadership and Oversight

Stacy has been a part of New Life since 1997. She was a member of the youth group at the time. Since then she has served in a myriad of roles and impacted every facet of our community. Stacy's sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and her discernment gift are invaluable to the New Life family. 



REBECCA TAYLOR  

Senior Associate Leader, Director of Outreach

Rebecca has an extensive ministry background. She is an ordained minister with extensive experience in community outreach. Rebecca currently directs the staff at New Life and preaches frequently.


Tory & Allie Seif

ALLIE SEIF

Children's Ministry Director, Church Leadership and Oversight

Allie brings passion to everything that she does. Her sensitivity to the Spirit and her joyful love of the Lord makes her perspective invaluable to the life of the church. She loves to minister to children, and to lead the church during times of corporate ministry.and her creativity has inspired a plethora of projects around the church.


TORY SEIF

Church Leadership and Oversight

Tory has been a part of New Life for over a decade, and brings a wealth of wisdom to the overall direction of the church. As a PH.D counselor he provides guidance to our pastoral care ministries, preaches on occasion, and brings excitement and stability to the forward momentum of the church.

Facilities Oversight

Adam has managed all of the new life facilities with diligence and humility for many years. He is constantly looking towards the future and helping us to utilize our resources in a way that maximizes kingdom impact. 


ASHLEY HOWE

Church Leadership and Oversight

Ashley brings a wealth of wisdom and experience to our community. Having arrived at New Life as a teen in 2005, Ashley has served in almost every area of the church. She is a powerful and anointed worship leader, a gifted teacher, a strategic thinker, and passionate lover of Jesus. Her unique insight into the function and direction of our community has a profound impact on the life of the church.


PASTORAL CARE TEAM

Our Pastoral Care Team is composed of men and woman who are trusted ministers of the compassion and wisdom of Christ who have a history of faithful service at New Life, and who are responsible for the spiritual well-being of our church family. If you would like someone to pray with you, or to visit you when you are sick, or even if you just need some encouragement, these are the people to call.
