• 20% of the work mentorship of interns
• 20% of the work is leading community outreach
• 20% of the work is team building and collaboration within New Life Teams, as well as other churches and organizations..
• Part-Time with immediate potential to grow to full time.

The Opportunity: 

• New Life has the capacity to house up to 15 interns in its launch program. With this increased capacity, secondary staff could be brought in to further enhance the program.

• 75% of the work is coaching and mentoring volunteers and empowering parents
• 15% of the work is curriculum development.
• 10% of the work is directly with children.
• Part-Time with potential to grow to full time, as well as   ownership equity in a daycare program.

The Opportunity: 

• Opening a 6 day a week daycare within the building would make this a full time position with significant community outreach potential,
